Business Analyst (Fixed term contract 2 years)

About the Role

Business analyst analyzes business processes on a large scale and devises strategies to improve efficiency. A business analyst evaluates the technicalities of a business problem and then shapes and crafts business solutions intuitively. They also review business processes to help diagnose the business operational and technological risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirement workshop plan and define requirement gathering approach.
• Provide end-to-end solution analysis by identifying business needs, business constraints, business impacts and future opportunities.
• Ensure that all requirements comply with applicable standards, BOT regulations and internal regulations.
• Create and maintain business requirements documents including end-to-end workflow and data flow diagrams understandable to both business and technical teams.
• Ensure quality of work products of team members and assign responsibility and allocate work targets to subordinate team to manage project achievements as planned.
• Evaluate how various project teams perform and ensure they meet targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, MIS, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Experience in developing business processes and formal requirement documentation such as Business Requirement Document.
• Experience with system or software development methodologies, including agile project management or agile development.
• Experience in project and team management.
