About the Role

Senior FP&A Manager & Finance Business Partner (1 vacancy). Bangkok-based, onsite, reporting to the Finance Director. You will support shared services and business units across multiple brands, working at the intersection of finance, strategy and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly performance reporting cycles, prepare detailed variance analyses and provide management commentary highlighting key commercial trends.
• Consolidate financial reports for senior management and facilitate business discussions to drive decision-making.
• Manage budgeting cycles including rolling forecasts, quarterly latest estimates and annual planning.
• Coordinate planning timelines and submissions with regional finance teams and local department heads.
• Prepare financial projections, develop business assumptions and deliver analytical support to management.
• Support preparation of strategic business presentations for regional and global leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to monitor sales performance metrics, profitability drivers and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct investment feasibility studies (ROI, break-even) for new boutiques, offices or capital projects and prepare investment approval documentation.
• Monitor project spending against approved budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline; CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification highly desirable.
• At least 5 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business controlling or audit/accounting within multinational or matrix organisations.
• Exposure to retail, consumer goods or luxury industry environments is advantageous.
• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced analytical capabilities for commercial insight generation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is essential; familiarity with planning tools such as Anaplan is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analytics platforms like Power BI or Power Query is beneficial.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, commercial mindset, strategic thinking, high attention to detail and adaptability in a matrix environment.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and ability to constructively challenge existing practices.
