About the Role

As an Owner Enhancement Executive (OEE) at Anantara Vacation Club (AVC), your primary responsibility is to represent the company professionally and assist Club Points Owners to apply to purchase more Club Points. AVC provides comprehensive training to ensure you are well-versed in Club Points Ownership, legal guidelines, compliance rules, and presentation policies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve required sales targets in a professional and honest manner.
• Deliver Club presentations consistently and accurately; be an active and punctual participant in all presentations and trainings.
• Keep presentations and materials current and continue to develop Upgrade Presentation skills through self-assessment, practice, and feedback.
• Prepare for daily appointments and follow AVC best practices when presenting to Owners/guests.
• Build rapport and establish trust with Owners; understand Owners’ needs through strategic questions to customise upgrade presentations.
• Explain features, advantages, and benefits of upgrading Club Points Ownership and suggest appropriate ownership tiers to suit Owners’ vacation needs.
• Have a full understanding of financing options and Club Points Ownership details to answer questions on servicing, construction, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
• Treat all Owners with respect and ensure the Club and associated brands are represented ethically and professionally.
• Support the company’s marketing strategies, set and review performance goals regularly, assist in mentoring other OEEs as requested, and perform other duties as assigned, which may include business travel.

Qualifications

• Mandarin and English speaking (as indicated in the job title).
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and be an active team player; ability to multi-task.
• Problem-solving and negotiating abilities; strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to work weekends or holidays if required.
• Minimum one year’s experience in vacation ownership or timeshare sectors and/or two years’ experience in direct sales.
• Tertiary or university education desirable but not essential.
