Delivery Manager/Project Manager

About the Role

Lead engagement and delivery projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. Coordinate across Business, IT, Digital teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time, on budget and in scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead both engagement and delivery projects, defining objectives, benefits, timelines, stakeholders and technical designs.
• Collaborate with Business teams to define end-to-end requirements, including high-level technical flows and impacted applications.
• Drive project scoping, manage the RFP process and vendor selection when third-party solutions are required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Business, IT, Digital teams, external vendors and IT PMO; coordinate resources and prioritization across project phases.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track progress against milestones (Plan vs. Actual).
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and provide regular project status updates including progress, risks, issues and escalations to the Head of Project Management.
• Apply standardized project management methodologies, templates and best practices.
• Monitor and manage project financials, including forecasting and budget control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and business processes, with proven experience in business analysis and gap analysis.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; positive mindset and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
