Graphic Designer (Roadshow)

About the Role

You will bring creativity to life as our Internal Graphic Designer by designing stunning visuals for events, aligning with client brands, and creating everything from social media graphics to banners. With your keen eye for detail and passion for collaboration, you'll ensure every project tells a unique story and leaves a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Design event key visuals based on client branding guidelines while maintaining a consistent visual identity
• Create a variety of materials, including invitation cards, posters, banners, roll-ups, signage, and social media graphics
• Collaborate with external and internal teams such as project management, creative, design, and production to ensure designs align with the event concept and client feedback
• Embrace feedback and refine designs to meet project goals and deliver exceptional results
• Oversee print production from initial layout to final delivery, ensuring the highest quality for all printed materials
• Develop and produce creative concepts and visual materials for Tiktok Live Streaming & PDP Frame

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, visual communication, or a related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in event graphic design with a portfolio showcasing diverse styles and projects (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Motion)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and digital file formats
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with team members
• Deep understanding of design composition, typography, and color theory
