Project Manager - Structured Cabling

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface between Onnec Group and clients for design, operational and financial matters and be the first point of contact
• Take overall responsibility for the projects P&L and produce/issue accurate monthly internal financial reports to the Operations Manager
• Produce specific back up financial documents for each project and compile monthly client reports for review
• Plan and coordinate design and production activities, material procurement and supply chain liaison in line with project plans
• Plan and coordinate resourcing requirements, third-party suppliers and project handover documentation in line with project plans
• Ensure adherence by Design and Production teams to published contractual and commercial responsibilities
• Provide regular updates to the internal team through meetings and reports and transfer warranties to the Contracts team upon project completion
• Take overall responsibility for implementation and maintenance of both Onnec Group and client Health & Safety and Quality Assurance policies and ensure all deliverables conform to the published Quality Management System

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of Telecommunications Infrastructure Cabling deployments
• Extensive experience of Project Planning activities and experience of delivering services against formal sub-contracts
• Flexible regarding travelling and presence on-site as required by the project
• Ability to produce and deliver client presentations in a clear, concise and confident manner
• Ability to absorb and manage new services and applications and manage multiple site design and production activities
• Proven ability to motivate and develop project team personnel
