T&T Manager - Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials - TH

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud Financials projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimisation related to Accounting, business processes, security, and data integrity for Oracle Cloud applications
• Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities, working with Deloitte resources from other service lines/industries
• Lead day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud ERP consulting engagements, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
• Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements
• Facilitate global design workshops, perform business process analysis, and support system integration
• Provide subject matter guidance and training, implementation support, bug fixes, and customer support for Oracle ERP Cloud product suite
• Apply understanding of disruptive trends and competitor activity to recommend changes in line with leading practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related degree; CPA or Master’s preferable but not essential
• At least 10 years of Oracle Financials experience (Cloud Financials and EBS)
• Minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle implementations as a Functional Lead or Project Lead
• Experience working directly with clients managing full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations or large implementations
• Functional experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including org setup, module-specific configurations, requirement analysis, and delivery of functional design documents
• Strong project delivery and problem-solving skills
