About the Role
Reporting to: Director, Global Applications. Function: Information Technology.
We are looking for a Corporate Applications Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of critical corporate applications that support our global business operations. The role sits at the intersection of technology, business engagement, governance, and vendor management. You will ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of key business applications while partnering with stakeholders, application owners, architects, and external service providers. OneStream or similar financial consolidation and reporting platform experience is highly valuable.
Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of corporate applications, including financial reporting, consolidation, ERP, billing, and related business systems.
- Oversee application environments, deployments, upgrades, maintenance, and release activities.
- Ensure applications remain secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Develop and maintain understanding of application architecture, integrations, data flows, APIs, and dependencies.
- Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of critical business applications; lead incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives; maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and escalation frameworks.
- Establish and maintain application governance frameworks and controls; ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and IT General Controls (ITGCs).
- Oversee user access management, segregation of duties, and periodic access reviews; support controlled and auditable change management practices.
- Act as primary point of contact between business stakeholders and application service providers; manage third-party vendors and outsourced support against SLAs and contractual commitments.
- Lead governance meetings, performance reviews, and continuous improvement discussions; translate business needs into technology requirements and delivery priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL principles; ITIL certification preferred.
- Experience managing external vendors and service providers and proven ability to engage business stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Experience working in multinational, multicultural environments; strong communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
- Analytical, structured, and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Preferred: Experience with OneStream or similar financial consolidation and reporting platforms; experience supporting finance-related enterprise applications; exposure to governance, audit, risk, and compliance frameworks; understanding of M&A integration activities and application consolidation.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline. Additional certifications such as TOGAF, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, DevOps, or ITIL Practice Manager are advantageous.
