Strategic Marketing & Technical Manager - APAC (Export Markets)

A leading global business in animal nutrition is looking to appoint a Strategic Marketing & Technical Manager to lead regional strategy across their APAC export markets. This is a senior, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, and technical, with responsibility for shaping regional growth strategy and driving commercial performance across diverse international markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional growth and go-to-market strategies
• Lead strategic marketing initiatives across APAC export markets
• Drive portfolio prioritisation and pricing strategy
• Develop deep market insights across animal nutrition and feed additives
• Lead and develop a cross-functional team spanning marketing, product, and technical
• Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience within animal nutrition, feed additives, premix, or animal health
• Strong strategic marketing background with a track record of driving growth
• Commercially minded, with experience in pricing and portfolio management
• Exposure to APAC or emerging markets
• Proven leadership experience managing regional or cross-functional teams
