Responsibilities

• จัดทำ/ควบคุม message ที่จะสื่อสารไปยังลูกค้า รวมถึงกำหนด Message & Journey ของ Product / Service ต่างๆ ให้มีการ design customer journey ที่เหมาะสม ไม่ซับซ้อน ยุ่งยาก เข้าถึงง่าย
• เข้าร่วมในการทำ UAT ก่อนการ Launch Product / Service และ พิจารณา / กำหนด รายละเอียดในการทำงาน และขั้นตอนการทำงานเพื่อรองรับลูกค้าผ่าน Touch points ต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้บริการลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เช่น ขั้นตอนการทำงานของลูกค้า, ข้อความต่าง ๆที่ส่งแจ้งไปยังลูกค้า
• จัดทำ report CE performance (network quality) รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจาก VOC และผลของ Survey - Gallup
• ดำเนินการจัดทำแนวทางในการดูแลลูกค้า (recovery & empowerment) แบบ end to end รวมทั้งรองรับกรณีเกิดภัยพิบัติ หรือ เหตุเสีย ต่าง ๆ
