Automation & AI Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level Automation & AI Developer to join our team in Bangkok. This role is responsible for developing and supporting RPA solutions using UiPath, while contributing to AI enablement initiatives leveraging Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI services. Onsite, full-time at Minor International.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath
• Maintain and enhance existing automations to ensure stability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures and production issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into automation solutions
• Support integration of AI capabilities (Copilot, Azure AI) into workflows
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using automation and AI
• Ensure development best practices (logging, exception handling, reusability)

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience; relevant experience in RPA, automation, or software development; proven experience delivering automation or AI-related projects in real-world environments
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator); proficiency in Python, C#, Java, or VB.Net; strong SQL knowledge and API integration experience (REST, JSON); understanding of SDLC and version control; familiarity with Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio and Azure services preferred; knowledge of intelligent automation concepts (AI/ML, OCR) is a plus
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking; ability to work independently and take ownership; good communication and stakeholder management skills; eagerness to learn AI and emerging technologies; good English communication skills (Thai is the primary working language)
