About the Role

Could you be the full-time Program Development Manager in Bangkok we’re looking for? Take on a new challenge and apply your network engineering and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates to lead core network or engineering projects and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions. This onsite role works closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, software development, network engineering, suppliers, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead network engineering or engineering projects with a focus on quality and timely delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless collaboration and on-time deliveries in line with the product roadmap
• Manage delivery of engineering or network products across the full lifecycle, including baselines, reviews, and configuration control for core wired networks
• Drive issue resolution in complex systems and ensure adherence to SDLC and/or system engineering processes
• Facilitate discussions on infrastructure design, network applications, and network architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field
• Experience or understanding of leading network or engineering projects; experience in railway or telecom domains is a plus
• Knowledge of SDLC and/or system engineering processes
• Familiarity with network design, network implementation, core backbone network, Cisco or Nokia technology
• Leadership or project management certification
• Proven ability to mobilize teams and manage stakeholders effectively
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
