Chief Technology Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and business-minded Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead our client's technical consulting and software implementation divisions. The ideal leader will bring a strong "System Integrator (SI)" mindset, capable of driving technology strategy, overseeing multiple full-cycle enterprise implementations, and delivering exceptional technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Direct the technical strategy to ensure the flawless delivery of top-tier ERP solutions to corporate clients.
• Oversee end-to-end software implementation processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and maintain quality guarantees.
• Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performance culture among cross-functional technical teams, including system analysts, application consultants, and programmers.
• Act as the primary senior technical advisor in high-level client engagements, collaborating directly with C-level executives.
• Analyze complex business requirements across the manufacturing, real estate, and trading sectors to architect and translate them into effective IT solutions.
• Champion the adoption of modern technologies by integrating cloud deployments, customized modules, and add-on software into core enterprise offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership background (e.g., CTO, IT Director, or Head of Implementation) within an IT Consulting, Software Vendor, or System Integrator (SI) environment.
• Extensive background in full-cycle enterprise software implementations (experience with major ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar is highly preferred).
• Deep understanding of corporate business processes, including Finance/Accounting, Manufacturing (MRP), Supply Chain, and Inventory distribution.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between complex technical teams and business clients.
