Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการการดำเนินงานภายในร้านให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ดูแลยอดขาย และวางแผนกลยุทธิ์เพื่อเพิ่มรายได้
- ควบคุมและบริหารสต๊อกสินค้าให้เพียงพอและเหมาะสม
- ดูแลและพัฒนาทีมพนักงาน เช่น การสอนงาน การจัดตารางงาน และประเมินผล
- ให้บริการลูกค้าและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นภายในร้าน
- ควบคุมมาตรฐานความสะอาดและภาพลักษณ์ของร้าน
- จัดทำรายงานยอดขายและสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน
