Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility is to provide impeccable services to guests.
• Take reservations, greet and register guests, and provide outstanding guest service during their stay.
• Settle the guest's account upon completion of their stay.
• Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and comments promptly and efficiently, ensuring their stay in the hotel is to their fullest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Arabic Speaker.
• Prior direct experience in Hotel Front Office & F&B operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
• Be able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Computer skills in MS Office; experience in operating/using Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred. With Opera experience is preferred.
