Inventory Manager

About the Role

Manage inventory and warehouse operations to maximise inventory accuracy, productivity and meet outbound SLA.

Responsibilities

• Manage cycle count, troubleshooting and replenishment (pick face and storage) processes to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Monitor warehouse processes to minimise damaged, missing and expired items; perform stock adjustments in WMS and summarise damage/missing/expired stock monthly.
• Provide monthly or quarterly cycle count reports to sellers based on requirements.
• Analyse and troubleshoot inventory and warehouse issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage cycle count plans to ensure compliance and manage damage/write-off to meet finance and auditor standards.
• Optimise stock placement in pick face and storage to minimise pick path and achieve outbound SLA.
• Prepare manpower for D-day and campaigns to ensure warehouse meets SLA.
• Collaborate with senior business teams on strategy and execution of operational plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistic management, Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in inventory management (e‑commerce highly preferred).
• Experience in inventory cycle counting is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Problem solving skills and conflict management; ability to work under deadlines and pressure.
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; good team player.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work on shifts and on day-offs when required.
