Senior Sales Manager

About the Role

Senior Sales Manager responsible for developing and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue targets for MICE and Leisure segments at Amari Bangsaen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for MICE and Leisure segments.
• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities from corporate, agencies, tour operators and event planners.
• Negotiate rates, contracts and packages within approved guidelines to maximize profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and demand patterns to adjust sales strategies.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key MICE and Leisure accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections and presentations; represent the hotel at trade shows, roadshows and industry events as required.
• Maintain strong relationships with DMCs, travel agencies, PCOs and corporate clients.
• Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing, inventory and segment mix and collaborate with Events, Reservations and Operations to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events.
• Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports and market analyses for management and contribute to the development of tailored MICE and Leisure packages, promotions and campaigns.
• Mentor junior sales team members, share best practices and market feedback, and ensure all client communication reflects the hotel’s positioning.
