Product Owner / Project Manager

About the Company

Jenosize Digital Group, a leading innovator in Thailand's marketing and technology space, seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to fill a dual role as Project Manager and Product Owner. You will play a pivotal role in driving the successful development and launch of new features and functionalities for our cutting-edge marketing technology solutions (Brandverse, Jenosize Marketing Cloud, HappyWork).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for new product features and initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and ensure project deliverables are met.
• Manage project resources effectively, including developers, designers, and marketing teams.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
• Utilize project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to ensure efficient project execution.
• Work closely with product management and marketing teams to define product vision, roadmap, and user stories.
• Prioritize product features based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user pain points and inform product development.
• Own the product backlog and ensure it remains prioritized and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the development team to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure new features meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or product ownership.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with product management frameworks (e.g., user stories, product roadmaps).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills and a user-centric approach to product development.
