Program Consultant

About the Role

A global learning and technology organization is seeking a highly collaborative and execution-focused Senior Consultant, Enterprise Learning to support enterprise and higher education partners across Thailand. This role is client-facing and focuses on implementing impactful learning programs, driving adoption, and delivering measurable outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise and university stakeholders including HR leaders, Learning & Development teams, faculty, and administrators.
• Drive successful onboarding, adoption, and engagement of learning programs and lead recurring stakeholder meetings to monitor progress and effectiveness.
• Implement role-based learning programs, competency-based training initiatives, and academic/for-credit education programs aligned to organizational goals.
• Support LMS integrations, learning platform setup, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide administrator enablement.
• Deliver usage reporting, analytics, and program insights to help customers maximize learner engagement and utilization.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions, workshops, webinars, roadshows, campaigns, and events to drive learner engagement and change management.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to contribute to customer growth, retention, and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in one or more of: Program or Project Management; Customer Success or client-facing roles; Learning & Development or Training; Consulting or Implementation roles.
• Experience working with Thailand-based enterprises and/or universities and managing multiple stakeholders including HR teams, faculty, administrators, and business leaders.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives, upskilling or workforce learning programs, and learning technology or LMS implementations.
• Background in Education, EdTech, Higher Education, or Corporate Learning environments.

Skills

• Stakeholder management, program delivery and execution, and change management.
• Presentation and communication skills; facilitation of workshops and training sessions.
• Experience with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to deliver usage reporting, analytics, and program insights to stakeholders.

• Location: Bangkok, Thailand — fully on-site.
• Assignment Length: 6 Months.
• Compensation: 83,990 THB/month.
