As a Senior Solar Maintenance Engineer, you will troubleshoot, maintain, and improve solar power systems at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. You will also oversee subcontractors and contribute to process improvements.

About the Role
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system failures at customer sites.
Plan and perform corrective maintenance activities as assigned by the supervisor.
Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) for electrical and solar power systems.
Prepare and verify intervention reports and maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitor solar plant performance, analyze causes of performance degradation, and implement corrective actions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring solutions and operational processes.
Provide regular updates and technical feedback on plant conditions to the engineering team.
Support the selection, evaluation, and performance improvement of O&M subcontractors.
Supervise and monitor subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to company standards and quality requirements.
Comply with all company safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
