Responsibilities

• Follow the internal ESH work instructions in daily work and demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH; notify and respond immediately and initiate preventive measures for unsafe or polluting hazards.
• Visual inspection of tires to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Skillfully operate in the visual inspection area/machine to meet production plan per shift and avoid unqualified products.
• Utilize given resources efficiently.
• Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain training or skill development.
• Stop and report any operation behavior against production specifications to the shift leader and carry out corrections to meet operation specifications.
• Report equipment failures immediately to the shift leader for rapid recovery to ensure normal operation.
• Comply with company safety regulations, perform TPM tasks to enhance productivity, follow 5S requirements to keep the work area compliant, and adhere to environmental production standards and the environment management system.

Qualifications

• High vocational certificate or related field.
• 0 2 years of experience in production and manufacturing.
• 0 2 years of experience in tire manufacturing or related field is an advantage.
