About the Role

IT Product Owner - Senior Manager at GSB IT MANAGEMENT CO.,LTD. Onsite. Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders such as customers, business teams, and development teams.
• Collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and QA to design and deliver product features on time and with high quality.
• Own and manage the product backlog effectively.
• Drive product development using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Analyze product usage data and feedback to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
• Lead and manage a team of Product Owners/Business Analysts to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate product progress, challenges, and results to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in the IT / Digital business.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile Product Management are a plus.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) for business communication.
