About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and versatile Product Manager to help lead product direction and execution of product development. This role requires a unique blend of skills and responsibilities, combining the analytical mindset of Project Management with the interoperability and applied thinking skills to manage teams and transform user pain points and business objectives into solutions. A successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company and creating the real impact in Thai and SEA healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions with the engineering team, product manager, and management team to ensure that scope, objectives, and deliverables are clear, and tasks are effectively prioritized.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, timelines, resource utilization and relevant dependencies. Manage all aspects of product based on project management framework to achieve product success.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that priorities are clearly defined.
• Prioritize projects and tasks as well as provide key decision making to achieve target requirements.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project to prevent or minimize their impact.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential issues.
• Continuously explore and identify new ideas and opportunities from internal and external sources to enhance Perceptra’s products and services.
• Transform user problems and business objectives into solutions or features for product roadmap and translate them into clear and actionable business and project specifications.
• Establish and implement quality standards for project deliverables. Conduct quality assurance processes to ensure the final output meets the required standards.
• Conduct retrospective meeting with related teams to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate project management updates, business insights and progress to the management team or external parties.
• Act as Product specialist for product’s go to market strategies e.g. represent product functions, working with KOL.

• Understand product technically and medically.

Qualifications

• Strong sense of ownership with willingness to learn and drive toward Project/Product/Organization success.
• Business sense and proven experience in product management. An experience in the health tech or agile methodology in software development is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets and deal with ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Strong management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 3 years of experience in managing product.
