About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Governance and Risk Management team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our platform complies with regulatory standards and internal policies, while proactively managing operational and compliance risks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Operations, to develop solutions that embed risk controls and governance into our products and processes. Work arrangement: onsite. Employment type: full time.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements to support risk management, compliance, and governance initiatives, ensuring alignment with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure regulatory obligations are met.
• Identify and address product-related risks, including fraud, policy gaps, and process weaknesses.
• Monitor risk indicators and partner with data teams to build effective tracking and alerting systems.
• Work with internal audit and control teams to address findings and implement mitigations.
• Drive incident response improvements and implement lessons learned across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or risk-related domains.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, compliance processes, and governance best practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including tech, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Thailand’s regulatory environment (e.g., BOT, AMLO, PDPA) is a strong advantage.
