TH Key Account Management - Fresh Graduate

About the Role

In this role you aren’t just an employee — you are a Business Consultant. You will work directly with sellers to help them grow their business on Shopee. As a fresh graduate you will be trained to handle various parts of the business and will be placed in the team that best matches your skills.

Responsibilities

• Seller Education: Teach sellers how to use Shopee’s features, tools, and promotional campaigns to increase sales.
• Campaign Management: Plan and launch sales campaigns for new sellers to give them a "winning start."
• Business Consulting: Act as a strategic advisor to help sellers in your portfolio grow sales and improve operations.
• Data & Reporting: Analyze sales performance, create reports, and forecast seller acquisition.
• Negotiation: Secure deals and barters from brands to ensure competitive pricing on the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Fresh Graduate) in Business, Arts, Engineering, or any discipline.
• Good command of English; Chinese language skills are a huge plus.
• Strong communication skills; able to explain complex ideas simply.
• Analytical mindset and comfort with numbers; basic Excel to track performance.
• Agility to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and willingness to learn.
• Ownership: take responsibility for sellers' success as if it were your own business.
