About the Role

Responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for customer and enterprise platforms by gathering user requirements and collaborating with product and technical teams. Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes optimized for multiple devices. Design digital assets for loyalty programs and marketing campaigns, aligning visuals with business goals.

Responsibilities

• UX/UI Design for customers and enterprise platforms by gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product owner and technical team
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
• Create engaging digital design materials for customer loyalty programs, including social media graphics, email templates, and digital advertising assets
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative design solutions that align with business goals
