Quality Inspector

About the Role

PSI Inspector or PSQA audit at assigned Suppliers’ Location.

LOCATION: Rayong, Thailand. Onsite. Business travel required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PSI audit based on PSI inspection instruction & ID Spec.
• Prepare accurate PSI reports and report major issues to supervisor.
• Perform process audits (IA), generate audit reports and follow up to closure.
• Support QE/QM for new project manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with suppliers’ QA team to perform PSI audits and conduct process audits independently.
• Observe Health and Safe Working Rules and Regulations.
• Be polite, decisive and maintain presentable working attire during supplier visits.

Qualifications

• Technical school or college degree.
• 2+ years experience in quality inspection, testing or related functions.
• Experience understanding quality inspection instructions, drawings and specifications.
• Ability to independently generate inspection reports; familiarity with inspection instructions and calibrations.
• Familiar with MS Office such as Word and Excel.
• Able to read and write Chinese or English or both.
• Familiar with sampling quality inspection methods and able to perform simple data analysis.
• Ability to work independently; honest and loyal to the work.
• Can travel when necessary. No color weakness or blindness, no heavy shortsightedness.
