E-Commerce Manager

About the Role

We're currently looking for a strong talent to join our client as an E-Commerce Manager. This role will be a key driver for one of their main business channels, leading and growing all e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business targets
• Monitor and analyze online performance, including sales, traffic, and conversion, to identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage and optimize e-commerce channels across marketplaces, social commerce, and brand.com platforms
• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, product launches, and digital activations
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure strong ROI across all e-commerce activities
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations and alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce; FMCG background is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English
• Proficient in e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g., marketplaces, analytics tools, ads platforms)
