TP - Country Manager, Thailand

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Business Consultant to develop multi-year roadmaps for large-scale enterprise organizations.
• Build and develop trusted direct relationships at executive level and across client organizations to ensure sustainable business intimacy.
• Define and update the Client Strategy and Customer Value Roadmap in the CRM.
• Identify key customer challenges and drivers for transformation addressable with Dassault Systèmes solutions (e.g., PLM, Simulation, IIoT/MES, SCPO).
• Coordinate with Dassault Systèmes technical teams, consultants and partners across the region to deliver demonstrations and proof-of-concepts aligned with client outcomes.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead qualification and strategic positioning to negotiation, closure and contract execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field is mandatory; MBA is a significant advantage.
• Minimum 7 years in sales and marketing of digital and technical software solutions (PLM, Simulation, Industrial IoT / MES, SCPO etc.).
• Direct client engagement experience and ability to manage enterprise accounts is highly preferred.
• Prior established networks or experience within key enterprise accounts is highly desirable.
• Native-level fluency in Thai; professional proficiency in English.
