Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operational maintenance tasks, responding to breakdowns, and supporting efficient hotel operations during assigned shifts.
• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Respond to guest room and public area service requests.
• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Monitor BMS, utility consumption, and equipment performance.
• Support emergency response, including fire alarm events, power failures, and flooding.
• Record shift activities and handover details.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma in relevant fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hotel engineering experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
