Responsibilities

• Lead and direct diverse teams of consulting talent to deliver strategic and sustainable solutions to clients
• Responsible for specific components of a project (projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge)
• Play a key role in gathering and analyzing data, interviewing clients, and contributing to the team’s recommendations
• Work closely with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change, and win buy-in for the team’s recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Consultant, Strategy, Project Management, Change Management, Digital Transformation or related fields, preferably within an Advisory Firm
• Possessing a good understanding of digital transformation and emerging technology is a plus
• Strong data-driven mindset and data analytical skill
• Proficiency command of written and spoken English and Thai
