Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to build and strengthen relationships with intermediaries to drive AUM growth and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, action plans, and product pipelines to guide and support team members and ensure alignment to KPIs.
• Monitor and evaluate intermediary sales performance, making strategic adjustments to meet targets.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
• Provide market insights and competitive feedback to improve products, services and marketing tools.
• Oversee intermediary due diligence, performance tracking and sales forecasting; collaborate with senior leadership on short- and mid-term sales strategies.
• Accountable for market penetration, achieving revenue targets, product promotion and stakeholder engagement to maximize sales volume and broaden market reach.
• Perform other duties as assigned by team head and senior leaders.

Key Performance Indicators

• AUM growth & net flows: achievement of specific quarterly/annual AUM growth targets.
• Revenue target attainment: meeting or exceeding defined revenue and sales volume targets.
• Partner engagement score: measured by the quality of engagement and relationship strength within the intermediary network.
• Strategic plan adoption rate: successful adoption and execution of strategic sales plans and co-created marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field required; master’s degree preferred and viewed as a competitive advantage.
• 5–8 years’ experience in asset management, mutual fund distribution, or financial advisory business.
• Deep understanding of the intermediary landscape and investment product knowledge, with a proven track record in driving AUM growth and partner engagement.

• Sales and business development skills, including strategic planning and forecasting.
• Leadership, team management, coaching and motivation of sales teams.
• Experience with intermediary due diligence, performance tracking and sales governance.
