System Architect

About the Role

System Architect responsible for pre-sales technical authority, designing PoCs and technical demos, leading technical discovery, co-creating architectures with client teams, and ensuring scalable, production-ready AI-enabled systems that align with business ROI and SLA commitments.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Technical Authority & Pitching: act as the "wingman" to sales/BD by translating complex technical capabilities into tangible business value for C-suite (CEO, CTO, CIO).
• Proof of Concept (PoC) Pitching: design and present tailored PoCs/technical demos to validate the system against customer high-scale demands.
• Consultative Problem Solving: lead technical discovery workshops with customers to develop solutions.
• Co-Creation of Architecture: collaborate with client internal tech teams on solution architecture.
• Cost & ROI Alignment: lead project effort evaluation and work with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline development, ensure resource efficiency and timely delivery.
• Stakeholder Alignment: translate complex architectural concepts into clear business value for Commercial, Project Managers, Business Stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Technical Decision Making: evaluate trade-offs between emerging technologies and traditional approaches to ensure tech stack aligns with business ROI.
• SLA & Scalability Commitments: ensure technical reality supports commercial terms and scalability commitments.
• Mentorship & Guidance: mentor software engineers, enforce coding standards, and guide teams through complex architectural implementations.
• Agile Adaptability: operate effectively in fast-paced Agile environments and adapt to evolving business and technology trends.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: minimum 2-3 years in Software Engineering, Business Analysis, or solution consulting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Proven Track Record: experience designing, deploying, and scaling large-scale software systems or AI-integrated applications in production.
• AI Technology & Infrastructure: understanding of systems powered by LLMs and Autonomous Agents; experience with multi-agent system (MAS) architectures, tool-use (Function Calling), and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Business Domain Knowledge: experience or knowledge in Commerce, Retail, Logistics, or BFSI industries.
• Day-to-day workflow: integrate AI-driven tools across high-level design, deep technical research, documentation, presentation and stakeholder alignment.

Skills

• Designing and scaling production-grade software and AI systems with SLA and scalability focus.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLM-based tools and agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Experience with containerization, orchestration and cloud infrastructure to support scalable deployments.
• Mentoring, stakeholder communication, and aligning technical decisions with business ROI.
