Business Development Executive (Micro Insurance)

Responsibilities

• Maintain the existing Micro Insurance business.
• Supervise and monitor the Customer Service (CS) function.
• Analyze production data to understand business performance.
• Identify and onboard new insurance company partners.
• Identify potential clients in the Thailand market to expand the business portfolio.
• Understand and follow SOPs of internal departments and partner insurance companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years Business Development/Sales experience; experience in digital-based companies is preferred.
• Knowledge of e-commerce insurance in Thailand.
• Background in insurance is preferred.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Creative and analytical thinking to discover new opportunities.
• Strong time and project management skills.
