Position Overview
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the resort's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, market share, revenue growth, guest engagement, and brand reputation. The role leads all marketing disciplines including digital marketing, social media, public relations, content creation, partnerships, loyalty activation, communications, and campaign management while ensuring alignment with IHG Hotels & Resorts brand standards and commercial objectives.
As a member of the resort's leadership team, the Director of Marketing collaborates closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, Food & Beverage, Spa, and IHG regional teams to position InterContinental Hua Hin Resort as the preferred luxury resort destination in Hua Hin.
