Senior Leasing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team to achieve leasing targets and goals.
• Responsible for the leasing, tenancy negotiations and lease management activities of malls under The Mall Group.
• Assist implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the malls.
• Recommend trade, tenancy mix and target brands based on the malls’ concept and positioning.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties for lease and tenant related matters.
• Lease administration: MOU, Letter of Offer (if any), Lease Agreement (if any), documentation tracking, variations, and liaison with related departments/parties.
• Obtain up-to-date marketing intelligence and latest trends of the assigned category.
• Responsible for the Beauty/Education category.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 10 years of experience in Retail Business or Real Estate with leasing experience in shopping malls.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good in English and Chinese.
• Adaptable problem-solver and service-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Well organized with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
