Air Logistics Revenue Care Specialist

About the Role

As a member of the Freight Forwarding team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. By transporting medicines, toys and important machine parts, you are not only delivering goods, you are making small and big moments possible for people all around the world.

The Air Logistics Revenue Care Specialist ensures accurate, timely invoicing and GP validation, driving data quality, compliance, and critical RCC operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage/Oversee related RCC tasks through Business Process Automation (BPA)
• Handle daily FSL activities including month end closing
• Lead CASS challenge resolution and work on improvement processes
• Ensure efficient and close communication with GS RCC, CCL and OCC
• Work with Sales and Customer Care teams on credit limit adjustments
• Accounts Payable Support
• Accounts Receivable Support (Corrections, Docs)
• Customer Billing Audits and Alignment
• GP Revenue and Analysis
• Coordinate with OCC for cost topics around haulers, carriers and third parties
• Coordinate with CCL for revenue topics related to charges towards the customer
• Drive for automation improvements such as Semi-invoice automation, Quote Utilization and FSL auto file closing

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in billing or revenue team or relevant background
• Proficient in English communication
• Being flexible on working arrangement
• Able to work in high pressure working environment
