Investor Relations Manager

About the Company

SAT is a Thailand-based company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of motor vehicle parts for passenger cars, pickup trucks, trucks and agricultural machinery. The Company’s products include axel shafts, disc brakes, drum brakes, exhaust manifolds, leaf springs, stabilizer bars, hot coil springs, and it also develops automation equipment and businesses such as industrial robots, automated guided vehicles (AGV), automatic ASRS warehouse, smart factory, large automation systems, and production line development.

Responsibilities

• Content development: prepare materials for quarterly earnings releases including presentations, MD&A, scripts, and potential Q&A documents; support production of the annual report by collaborating with internal teams.
• Investor communication and engagement: assist organizing key investor events (AGMs, investor days, analyst meetings, site visits); coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences including logistics and communications; ensure event materials are prepared and distributed on time and to quality standards; respond to investor/analyst inquiries with accurate information; maintain and update the investor database, tracking interactions and feedback.
• Market monitoring and analysis: conduct research on industry trends, peer group performance, and investor sentiment; provide insights and recommendations to support IR strategies.
• Compliance and reporting: ensure all investor communications adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies; monitor adherence to blackout periods and regulatory restrictions for public communication.
• Collaboration with internal teams: work closely with finance, accounting, strategy and commercial teams to gather data and ensure consistent messaging and alignment of information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; able to handle multi-tasking and prioritize in a demanding environment.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
