Responsibilities

• บริหารจัดการการดำเนินงานภายในร้านให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ดูแลยอดขาย และวางแผนกลยุทธิ์เพื่อเพิ่มรายได้
• ควบคุมและบริหารสต๊อกสินค้าให้เพียงพอและเหมาะสม
• ดูแลและพัฒนาทีมพนักงาน เช่น การสอนงาน การจัดตารางงาน และประเมินผล
• ให้บริการลูกค้าและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นภายในร้าน
• ควบคุมมาตรฐานความสะอาดและภาพลักษณ์ของร้าน
• จัดทำรายงานยอดขายและสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน
