Responsibilities

• 负责泰国跨境业务的整体运营策略规划，确保业务目标的达成。 / Responsible for Thailand cross border business operational strategy planning in the TH market, ensuring the achievement of business goals.
• 协调泰国本土各部门资源，推动项目执行，确保运营计划的高效落地。 / Coordinate Thailand local team and cross border team, drive project execution, and ensure efficient implementation of operational plans.
• 监控市场动态，分析业务数据，为决策提供有力支持。 / Monitor market trends, analyse business data, and provide strong support for decision-making.
• 与商家团队紧密合作，优化运营流程，提升运营效率。 / Work closely with the KAM team to optimise operational processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• 本科及以上学历 / Bachelor's degree or above
• 三年以上相关工作经验，有电商或互联网行业背景优先。 / More than three years of relevant work experience, with a preference for those with e-commerce or Internet industry background.
• 熟悉东南亚市场，具备良好的市场洞察力和商业敏感度。 / Familiarity with the SEA market, with strong market insights and business acumen.
• 具备出色的项目管理能力，能够有效推动跨部门协作。 / Outstanding project management skills, capable of effectively driving interdepartmental collaboration.
• 良好的沟通和协调能力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境，有团队合作精神。 / Excellent communication and coordination skills, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and team-oriented.
