About the Company

Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is located at Hemaraj Industrial Estate, Tasith, Pluak Daeng, Rayong, Thailand. This site is an integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center — the first smart factory in Thailand. The facility enables us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company operates its first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand, capable of producing 1 million fuel injector units every year.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on the same site as production, with dedicated facilities accommodating automotive-specific machines and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Responsibilities

• Support series production, SOP, Ramp up and follow up OEE, scrap reduction, C/T, Productivity, Break down, Machine improvement and monitoring production process to meet quality, cost and output
• Support chart monitoring and take action in case of deviation of control criteria
• Review and revise P-FMEA, Control plan with Engineering Staff, Error proofing development for specific area
• Prepare production documents and working standards
• Support budget planning for production improvement activities
• Cooperate with cross functional team on BPS, Quality activities of MFE and HSE Safety Activities (e.g., FMEA line walk, 4M change management, SMC, PKM, Point-CIP, System-CIP, 5S and 14Q)
• Support 8D activity and Customer requests by using PSS
• MAE, Tooling, Parameters and document preparation for new model until SOP
• Participate and support Engineering change request (ECR preparation and revision)
• Participate to lead plant and internal IPN reporting
• Support audit from internal and External IATF16949, ISO 14001 and Safety Audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Automotive Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years experience in Automotive industry [IATF16949] required
• Knowledge about washing, annealing, trembling process and assembly process
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and AutoCAD
• Fluent English knowledge; other foreign languages are an advantage
• Good communication to management
