Back End Developer

About the Role

Back End Developer at CJ MORE. Onsite, full-time.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs for web applications using Go.
• Architect cloud-native systems on GCP.
• Mentor and guide other software engineers on best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend and mobile engineers or contribute when needed.
• Contribute to full-stack development using technologies such as React, TypeScript, Playwright, Flutter, and Go.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Go (preferred) and experience with Node.js or similar.
• Experience with one or more SQL databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Proficiency in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) tools.
• Solid understanding of web architecture and system design principles.
• Passionate about evolving into a full-stack engineer; comfortable writing code in different languages (Go, TypeScript) for both frontend and backend development.
• Bonus: Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js), Flutter, or NoSQL databases (Firebase Firestore, MongoDB).
