Senior Officer, Production Engineer FE

Main Purpose of the Role

The Senior Officer, Production Engineer FE will monitor modifications, upgrades, and troubleshoot existing processes while investigating, justifying, and recommending new techniques, equipment/tools, and manufacturing methods to meet competitive business needs. This role involves analyzing and improving process quality and efficiency, summarizing data for team communication, and supporting strategic initiative projects.

Key Accountabilities

Process Sustainability

• Perform technical support activities to maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems
• Interface with other internal parties to ensure coordinated design and complete engineering deliverables
• Report and document any engineering related / process abnormalities
• Analyze data to identify root causes of process problems and implement appropriate countermeasures
• Advise on corrective and preventive actions

Process Optimization

• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize tools and equipment capability
• Work with process and continuous improvement teams to continuously improve processes in regard to Productivity, Lead time, FROT, Quality and Cost
• Perform statistical process studies
