About the Role

Sertis is hiring a Mobile Engineering Lead (iOS, Android or cross-platform) to be embedded at an enterprise client site. You will lead the mobile engineering team, set technical direction and architecture standards, run design/code reviews, and ensure the team ships quality products while avoiding burnout. This is a fixed-term contract role, onsite at the client location in Bangkok.

Responsibilities

• Define the mobile architecture vision and ensure the team follows engineering principles such as Clean Architecture, MVVM, modularity, and testability
• Mentor and lead iOS and/or Android developers, run design reviews, and maintain code quality
• Own the mobile CI/CD pipeline (Fastlane, Bitrise, or Jenkins) and handle production incidents with root cause analysis
• Collaborate with backend and cross-functional teams to deliver integrations via REST APIs and GraphQL
• Balance engineering quality with delivering on schedule

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading mobile engineering teams with hands-on skills in iOS (Swift/Objective-C, UIKit/SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose)
• Strong grasp of app architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture), dependency injection, and writing testable code
• Experience managing mobile CI/CD pipelines and supporting apps in production
• Familiarity with mobile security, data privacy, and authentication (OAuth2, token-based)
• Background in e-commerce or high-traffic digital platforms is a plus; Flutter or React Native experience is nice to have
