Technical Support Engineer

IMOU is a global Smart Home brand and a subsidiary of Dahua Group. Product lines include Smart Security, Smart Lock, Smart Energy/Lighting, IoT, Smart Robotics, Storage & Cloud. The mission is to make Smart Home affordable and easy to use. This role supports business development in Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Conduct offline and online training for sales team, distributors, resellers, installers, and promoters for new product launches and regular quarterly training.
• Provide online technical support via Facebook, phone, and chat: answer installation, connectivity, and video playback issues for distributors, resellers and installers.
• Provide on-site technical support to resolve technical problems and product quality issues.
• Prepare and translate localized user guides, quick installation manuals, and support creation of operation videos.
• Participate in product promotion activities: customer meetings, new product launches, and industry exhibitions; deliver product presentations and technical solutions; set up demo booths and samples.
• Maintain and update partner App product materials and promote App usage to resellers and installers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical support role.
• Deep knowledge of IT, CCTV, energy storage inverters, hybrid inverter/PCS, PV/solar inverter products.
• Good English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Good interpersonal, written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented and accustomed to frequent business trips.
