Project Manager (Mid/Senior)

About the Role

Project Manager (Mid/Senior) responsible for requirements & planning, supporting Agile/Scrum teams, release management, progress tracking, risk & change management, stakeholder engagement, and executive support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and translate product roadmaps into well-defined requirements and managed backlogs.
• Support Scrum teams in achieving sprint goals, facilitate communication, and assist in coordinating team activities and task assignments.
• Assist in planning product releases and setting clear expectations for the delivery of new features.
• Monitor milestones, track project progress, and report status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify potential bottlenecks or risks for escalation and support the management of changes within the project scope.
• Gather feedback and ensure alignment across various departments and external stakeholders.
• Assist with specialized project tasks as required by company executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or relevant.
• Basic understanding of AI technologies and web development frameworks; familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum); experience with sprint ceremonies is a significant plus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with strong presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong critical thinking abilities to assist in project estimation and resource planning.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
• A background or knowledge in UX/UI design or development.
