About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HRBP Manager to provide strategic HR support and drive key initiatives within the property sector. The role is focused on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring employee engagement and organisational success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Provide expert guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and organisational development.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction across the organisation.
• Support recruitment efforts, including workforce analysis and onboarding processes.
• Manage performance management processes and support career development planning.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements.

Qualifications

• A strong background in human resources within the organization sizing 1,000 ppl.++
• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior management teams effectively.
• Experience with Organization Development, Performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
• Ability to analyse data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and implementing HR initiatives.
• Thai Nationality
