Responsibilities

• Inspiring Math Instruction – Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons in English that build student confidence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Curriculum Execution – Develop and implement lesson plans, learning objectives, and teaching materials aligned with school policies.
• Student Assessment & Evaluation – Design and administer assessments, mark assignments and exams, and provide timely feedback in compliance with institutional and governmental guidelines.
• Performance Tracking – Monitor individual and class-wide performance data to identify learning gaps and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Professional Learning – Participate in training programs to strengthen teaching methods, classroom management, and assessment strategies.
• School Engagement – Support school-wide events such as open houses and orientations to promote a strong academic community and build meaningful connections with students and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience teaching Mathematics to high school students (grades 10–12 / ages 15–19) in Thai schools or international schools in Thailand.
• Excellent command of English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+, TOEIC 900+, or TOEFL iBT 90+).
• Strong curriculum design skills, with experience in lesson planning and syllabus development.
• Solid understanding of student assessment and educational evaluation practices.
• Cultural awareness and a commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful learning environment for all students.
