About the Role

Thank you for your interest in applying our 2026 Nestlé Thailand’s Engineering Trainee Program. Kickstart your engineering journey with Nestlé — the world’s largest food & beverage company. As an Engineering Trainee (permanent position), you’ll join an intensive 18‑month development program designed to grow you into a future engineering leader.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and factory assignments from planning to commissioning
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Safety, and external contractors
• Gain hands‑on experience with machinery, utilities, automation, and digital systems
• Apply safety, quality, and engineering standards in real factory environments
• Build project coordination and problem‑solving skills with guidance from senior engineers

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates, those about to graduate by May 2026, or candidates with a maximum of 3 years of working experience
• Completed an Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation or Robotics Engineering
• Analytical & critical thinking skills, and a good command of English and Thai
• Flexible to work at different factory sites depending on assignment
