Customer Service Intern (Fastbuy)

About the Company

FastBuy is a centralized logistics hub in Thailand specializing in consolidated international shipments for customers worldwide. We enable overseas individuals and small businesses to purchase products from Thai retailers—including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok—and consolidate parcels at our Thailand warehouse to provide cross-border delivery to customers' doorsteps.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and resolve inquiries for all customer segments via Phone, Chat, and Email.
• Record and track reported cases, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure prompt solutions.
• Compile frequently asked questions and common issues to improve service standards and resources.
• Assist in optimizing the customer journey to ensure a world-class service experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related discipline.
• Interested in E-commerce and the international shipping industry.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and possessing a strong desire to learn.
• Command of the English language.

Benefits

• Work location: Fastship Head Office (Chaengwattana 14).
• Work days: Monday  Friday (09:00 AM  06:00 PM).
• Allowance: 200 THB/day.
